Due to an extension of the GMS contract, Kilmacthomas Health Centre will be accepting GP visit cards for under 8s.

Patients aged 7 to 8 are entitled to this card however parents or guardians must apply either online or by application form to be registered with the practice doctors.

All children already registered for under 6 cards, when they become aged 7 their present GP visit card will continue automatically until they are 8 years old.

To register your child you need to provide your:

• PPS number
• Child’s PPS number
• GP’s name
